Gaining Peace, Not Weight

I stepped on the scale this morning for the first time in weeks. Let's be honest, I was a bit nervous. Okay, I was really nervous... However, as I stepped on, one foot at a time, took a deep breath, and looked down, I was SHOCKED! I have lost a pound!

Now, I am not in any way trying to lose weight. My biggest surprise is that my diet has had to change quite drastically from my pre-pregnancy diet, and I'm still okay.

My biggest fear was from the amount of changing that my body is showing so early on, and I feared that this change would also be on the scale. I feel much more peace now that I know that I am still on track.
