I found this saying so very true as the Bible study got started with Made to Crave. Having peace is a goal of mine more then a number on the scale I needed PEACE in my mind. I had to be okay with how I was before I could be at peace with what the scale says. I am not at my goal weight, I have a some more to lose but I have more peace about the weight I have to lose.
